I came to this album after hearing Alhum Triana singing on Black Sands, a Bonobo album that I also highly recommend. Triana must produce more, artists like this simply can't be overlooked forever. It's hard to walk away from Lost Where I Belong with a strong understanding of what Triana brings to the table that others don't, or to avoid wishing that Triana had used her Ninja Tune connections to craft a more expansive, challenging set of songs.
